This will be the last one for today - I think.
It's about time perception and our work ethic.
Sometimes days just fly by. We sleep, we work, we sleep, we work....
There is just a monotony that is there and we all try to live somewhere in between so we can feel alive.
That is just so miserable.
I think we have this issue because many people only find worth in their existence through their accomplishments at work. They like to feel superior either to people who are not in the same position or people who can't work for whatever reason. If people don't need to work as much and could really focus on living and enjoying their lives, who would pay attention to these people? No one, because people would finally be able to live their own lives without the intervention of some idiotic manager, that only got promoted due to sucking up to their superiors.
Everyone is worth something. It doesn't matter if they are unemployed, sick, old or whatever. We should try to create a society that let's everyone really enjoy their lives. Most people never leave their country and never get to see the beauty of the rest of the world.
How is that not devastating to everyone??
